Is this an official DWP or GOV.UK site?
No. We're independent - not DWP, the NHS or GOV.UK. We build your form wording from what you tell us, and never promise an outcome or claim to speak for DWP.
How many points do I need for PIP?
PIP has two parts, daily living and mobility, scored separately against set descriptors, each with two possible rates. Our free points checker walks through this and shows roughly where your answers might land, without asking for any details.
Is my information stored anywhere?
No. Your answers stay in your browser on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, and there's nothing for us to store or lose.
What if I've already been refused?
Use the "Been refused?" door. It builds a mandatory reconsideration letter from what the decision said and why it's wrong - free to start, same as a new claim.
What if my award is being reviewed?
Use the "My award is being reviewed" door. A review is a normal check, not a threat - it asks what's changed for each activity since your last assessment, and says it honestly: the same, worse, better, or different from day to day.
Does it cost anything?
The full pack costs a flat fee, shown before you pay. Starting, answering every question, and the free call card cost nothing - you only pay if you want the finished pack.
