Short answer
If he is over State Pension age and needs help or someone to keep an eye on him because of the falls, he may be able to claim Attendance Allowance - £76.70 a week to £114.60 a week, tax-free.
Do falls count?
Yes, if they come from a physical or mental disability. There is no list of qualifying conditions on the claim form - what counts is the help or supervision needed, whatever is causing it, not the name of a diagnosis.
How much
£76.70a week. Help needed day or night.
£114.60a week. Help needed day and night, or if nearing the end of life.
